Responsibilities
- Efficiently move and organize inventory using electric pallet jacks and forklifts
- Maintain accurate inventory records via warehouse management system
- Inspect and package materials with precision and care
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to meet daily targets
- Adhere to strict safety protocols and OSHA standards
- Operate material handling equipment in a high-volume environment

Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years warehouse/material handling experience
- Forklift certification (or ability to obtain within 30 days)
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds regularly
- Basic computer literacy and WMS experience
- Excellent communication and teamwork abilities
- Flexible schedule availability (including weekends)
- Valid California driver's license
