Responsibilities
- Load, unload, and move materials within the warehouse using forklifts, pallet jacks, and other heavy machinery safely and efficiently.
- Verify inventory counts against digital records and update warehouse management systems (WMS) in real-time.
- Package and prepare shipments for distribution, ensuring all labels and documentation are accurate.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment by adhering to all OSHA safety regulations.
- Collaborate with team leads to optimize workflow and resolve inventory discrepancies quickly.
- Operate scanning equipment and handheld devices to track stock movement.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED equivalent required.
- Previous experience in warehousing, logistics, or material handling preferred.
- Valid forklift certification (Class A or B) is a major plus but not mandatory for training consideration.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for extended periods.
- Strong attention to detail and basic computer literacy.
- Must pass a background check and drug screening.
