Responsibilities
- Efficiently move, sort, and package materials using industrial equipment (forklifts, pallet jacks)
- Maintain accurate inventory records through RF scanning systems
- Adhere to strict OSHA safety protocols and quality standards
- Optimize workflow in high-volume distribution operations
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to meet daily targets
- Perform routine equipment maintenance checks
- Train junior staff on material handling best practices
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years warehouse/material handling experience
- Valid OSHA forklift certification required
- Proficient with RF scanning and inventory software
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds regularly
- Strong attention to detail and time management skills
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Ability to work flexible shifts including weekends
- Preferred: Experience in temperature-controlled environments
