Responsibilities
- Safely operate forklifts and warehouse equipment to move materials efficiently
- Manage inventory using RF scanners and WMS systems with 99.5% accuracy
- Optimize warehouse flow through strategic pallet stacking and space utilization
- Conduct quality control checks on incoming/outgoing shipments
- Maintain clean, organized work areas following OSHA standards
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to meet daily production targets
- Train junior staff on safety protocols and equipment operation
Qualifications
- 2+ years of warehouse/material handling experience
- Valid forklift certification (OSHA preferred)
- Proficiency with inventory management software (SAP, Oracle, etc.)
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds regularly and stand for extended periods
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Ability to work flexible shifts including weekends
