Responsibilities
- Safely operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and other warehouse equipment to move materials and finished goods
- Accurately track inventory using RF scanners and warehouse management systems
- Maintain organized storage areas and ensure proper labeling of all products
- Inspect materials for damage and report discrepancies to supervisors
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize workflow efficiency
- Adhere to OSHA safety standards and company protocols at all times
- Support cycle counts and inventory reconciliation processes
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years of warehouse/material handling experience
- Valid forklift certification and proven operating skills
- Proficiency with inventory management systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle)
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in documentation
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds regularly and stand for extended periods
- Basic computer skills and familiarity with RF scanning technology
- Excellent communication and teamwork abilities
- High school diploma or equivalent required
