Responsibilities
- Pick, pack, and label orders with 99.9% accuracy using RF scanners
- Operate packaging equipment and optimize material usage
- Conduct quality inspections before shipment dispatch
- Maintain organized inventory in FIFO compliant systems
- Collaborate with shipping/receiving teams for seamless workflow
- Adhere to OSHA safety protocols and company procedures
- Meet/exceed daily productivity benchmarks
- Participate in continuous improvement initiatives
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year warehouse/packing experience
- Ability to lift 50+ lbs regularly and stand 8+ hours
- RF scanner/WMS system proficiency
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Basic math and measurement knowledge
- Valid CA driver's license (preferred)
- Background check and drug screen required
