Responsibilities
- Pick, pack, and ship orders with 99.9% accuracy using RF scanners and WMS systems
- Inspect products for quality assurance and packaging integrity
- Operate warehouse equipment (pallet jacks, forklifts) safely and efficiently
- Maintain organized inventory counts and cycle counts per SOPs
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to meet daily production targets
- Adhere to OSHA safety protocols and company quality standards
- Participate in continuous improvement initiatives for operational excellence
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years' experience in high-volume warehousing or order fulfillment
- Proficient with inventory management systems (SAP, Oracle, or equivalent)
- Forklift certification or ability to obtain within 30 days
- Strong attention to detail with error rate <0.5%
- Ability to lift 50 lbs regularly and stand for 8+ hours
- High school diploma or GED required; associate's preferred
- Experience with cold chain or temperature-sensitive packaging a plus
