Responsibilities
- Accurately pack and label orders according to specifications using advanced scanning systems
- Operate automated packing equipment and maintain inventory accuracy in real-time
- Conduct quality control checks to guarantee zero-defect shipments
- Optimize packing efficiency while maintaining premium presentation standards
- Collaborate with warehouse team to meet daily fulfillment targets
- Adhere to OSHA safety protocols and maintain organized workstations
- Utilize WMS software to track inventory and resolve discrepancies
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years high-volume order packing experience in temperature-controlled environments
- Proficiency with automated packing machinery (e.g., auto-tapers, case sealers)
- Expertise in WMS systems (e.g., Manhattan, Oracle) and barcode scanning
- Ability to lift 50 lbs regularly and stand for extended periods
- Strong attention to detail with documented accuracy above 99.5%
- Forklift certification preferred
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Ability to work flexible shifts including early mornings
