Responsibilities
- Pick and pack orders with 99.9% accuracy using RF scanners and digital systems
- Operate pallet jacks and forklifts (certification provided) for efficient inventory movement
- Conduct quality control checks on products before shipment
- Maintain organized inventory records in WMS software
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to meet daily/weekly targets
- Adhere to OSHA safety protocols and company best practices
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years warehouse/packing experience with proven accuracy metrics
- Forklift certification or willingness to obtain company-sponsored certification
- Proficiency with RF scanners and warehouse management systems
- Ability to lift 50 lbs regularly and stand for 8+ hours
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
- Flexibility to work weekends during peak seasons
