Responsibilities
- Accurately pack and label orders according to specifications using advanced scanning technology
- Operate automated packaging machinery and material handling equipment
- Maintain inventory accuracy through systematic cycle counting and reconciliation
- Optimize packing efficiency to meet daily productivity benchmarks
- Collaborate with quality control teams to ensure 99.9% order accuracy

Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years of experience in order packing or warehouse operations
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds and stand for extended periods
- Proficiency with barcode scanners and inventory management software
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Strong attention to detail and mathematical aptitude
- Ability to work in temperature-controlled environments
- Valid Texas driver's license preferred
- Forklift certification a plus
