Responsibilities
- Accurately pick and pack orders using RF scanners and automated systems
- Inspect products for quality assurance and packaging integrity
- Operate material handling equipment (pallet jacks, forklifts) safely and efficiently
- Maintain organized inventory counts and report discrepancies
- Optimize packing processes to meet productivity targets
- Adhere to OSHA safety protocols and company standards
- Collaborate with team leads to resolve operational challenges
Qualifications
- 1+ years of warehouse or order packing experience preferred
- Ability to stand/walk for 8+ hours and lift up to 50 lbs regularly
- Basic proficiency with RF scanners and inventory software
- High attention to detail and commitment to accuracy
- Valid forklift certification or willingness to obtain
- Strong work ethic and ability to meet tight deadlines
- Pass pre-employment background check and drug screening
