Responsibilities
- Pick, pack, and verify orders with 99.9% accuracy using RF scanners and digital manifests
- Operate electric pallet jacks and automated conveyor systems safely and efficiently
- Maintain organized inventory zones and conduct cycle counts for stock rotation
- Collaborate with shipping team to ensure timely dispatch of high-volume orders
- Adhere to OSHA safety protocols and wear required PPE at all times
- Identify and report inventory discrepancies or equipment malfunctions immediately
- Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to optimize packing workflows
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year experience in warehouse operations or order fulfillment
- Ability to lift 50 lbs regularly and stand/walk for 8+ hour shifts
- Proficient with RF scanners, barcode systems, and warehouse management software
- Valid OSHA 10 certification or willingness to obtain within 30 days
- High school diploma or equivalent; technical certifications preferred
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work in fast-paced environment with minimal supervision
- Basic math skills for inventory reconciliation and order verification
