Responsibilities
- Pick, pack, and ship orders with 99.9% accuracy using RF scanners and packing equipment
- Inspect products for quality compliance and packaging integrity
- Maintain organized inventory systems and cycle counts
- Operate warehouse machinery safely and efficiently (pallet jacks, forklifts)
- Collaborate with team leads to optimize workflow and productivity
- Adhere to OSHA safety standards and company protocols
- Participate in continuous process improvement initiatives
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year warehouse or fulfillment experience
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs regularly and stand for extended periods
- Proficient with RF scanners and inventory management systems
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Valid forklift certification preferred
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, temperature-controlled environment
- Basic math and computer literacy
