Responsibilities
- Accurately pick and pack customer orders according to strict quality standards and packing protocols.
- Inspect products for damage or defects before packaging to ensure 100% customer satisfaction.
- Utilize warehouse management systems (WMS) to update inventory status and track order progress.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area in strict compliance with OSHA regulations.
- Collaborate with team leads to optimize packing processes and improve overall efficiency.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent preferred.
- Previous experience in warehouse, logistics, or fulfillment center environments is a plus.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for extended periods.
- Familiarity with RF scanners or handheld devices is highly desirable.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy.
