Responsibilities
- Pack, label, and prepare customer orders for shipment with precision and speed.
- Verify product quantities and descriptions against packing slips and digital scanners.
- Ensure all packaging materials are used efficiently and safely.
- Operate handheld scanners and warehouse management systems (WMS) accurately.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment at all times.
- Collaborate with the picking team and logistics coordinators to resolve order discrepancies.
Qualifications
- Ability to lift up to 50+ lbs repeatedly and stand for extended periods (8+ hours).
- High school diploma or GED equivalent preferred.
- Previous warehouse or logistics experience is a plus but not required (training provided).
- Basic computer literacy and experience with handheld scanners.
- Strong attention to detail and excellent organizational skills.
- Must be able to pass a background check and drug screen.
