Responsibilities
- Accurately pack, label, and prepare orders for shipment according to quality standards
- Operate packing equipment (e.g., shrink wrappers, box sealers) with precision and safety
- Verify order completeness and documentation before dispatch
- Maintain clean and organized workstations to ensure operational efficiency
- Collaborate with team leads to optimize packing processes and meet daily targets
- Conduct inventory checks and report discrepancies promptly
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year of warehouse or order packing experience
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 50 lbs regularly
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in order fulfillment
- Basic computer literacy for inventory management systems
- Valid driver's license preferred (for equipment operation)
