Responsibilities
- Efficiently pack and label products with precision and speed while maintaining quality standards
- Operate warehouse equipment including pallet jacks and conveyor systems
- Verify inventory counts and report discrepancies to team leads
- Collaborate with shipping/receiving teams to maintain seamless workflow
- Adhere to OSHA safety protocols and maintain clean workspaces
- Utilize warehouse management systems (WMS) for order tracking
- Meet daily productivity targets without compromising accuracy
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year warehouse or order packing experience preferred
- Ability to stand/walk for extended periods and lift up to 50 lbs
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Basic computer literacy and familiarity with inventory systems
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Valid driver's license (for equipment operation)
- Ability to work flexible shifts including weekends during peak seasons
- Pass pre-employment background check and drug screen
