Responsibilities
- Accurately pick and pack orders according to specifications using RF scanners and warehouse management systems
- Inspect products for quality control before packaging and shipping
- Operate forklifts and pallet jacks to move inventory efficiently
- Maintain organized and clean workstations to ensure safety and compliance
- Collaborate with team leads to optimize packing workflows and meet daily targets
- Document inventory discrepancies and report issues to supervisors promptly
- Participate in monthly inventory audits with 99% accuracy
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year of warehouse or order packing experience
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs regularly and stand for extended periods
- Proficient with RF scanners and basic warehouse technology
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- OSHA 10-hour certification preferred (training provided)
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines
