Responsibilities
- Pick, pack, and ship orders with 99.9% accuracy using RF scanners
- Operate automated packing equipment and conveyor systems
- Conduct quality checks on finished packages before dispatch
- Maintain organized inventory in climate-controlled zones
- Collaborate with supervisors to optimize packing workflows
- Train new packers on safety protocols and efficiency standards
- Participate in monthly performance bonus programs
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years warehouse/packing experience
- OSHA Forklift certification (or willingness to obtain)
- Ability to lift 50 lbs repeatedly with proper technique
- Proficiency with inventory management software
- Excellent time management and organizational skills
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Pass pre-employment background check and drug screen
- Spanish bilingual preferred but not required
