Responsibilities
- Pick and pack orders with 99.9% accuracy using RF scanners and inventory management systems
- Operate warehouse equipment including pallet jacks and electric carts safely and efficiently
- Inspect products for quality assurance and report defects to supervisors
- Maintain organized and clean workstations to meet OSHA compliance standards
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize workflow and meet daily targets
- Participate in inventory audits and cycle counts as scheduled
- Adhere to all safety protocols and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year of warehouse or order packing experience in fast-paced environments
- Ability to stand/walk for 8+ hours and lift up to 50 lbs regularly
- Proficient with RF scanners, barcode scanners, and inventory software
- High school diploma or equivalent required; technical certification a plus
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality standards
- Valid driver's license preferred for equipment operation
- Ability to work flexible shifts including weekends during peak seasons
