Responsibilities
- Accurately pack and ship customer orders with precision and speed
- Operate automated packaging machinery and equipment
- Conduct quality control checks on outgoing shipments
- Maintain organized inventory records and warehouse systems
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to meet daily targets
- Adhere to OSHA safety protocols at all times
- Utilize warehouse management software for order tracking
Qualifications
- 1+ years of experience in order fulfillment or warehouse operations
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 50 lbs
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in packaging tasks
- Familiarity with inventory management systems (WMS)
- Basic computer skills for data entry and tracking
- Valid driver's license preferred
- Ability to work flexible shifts including weekends
- High school diploma or equivalent required
