Responsibilities
- Accurately and efficiently pack customer orders according to specifications and quality standards
- Operate packaging machinery including automated conveyors and shrink-wrap equipment
- Inspect products for damage or defects before packing and report discrepancies
- Maintain inventory accuracy through systematic scanning and documentation
- Collaborate with shipping team to ensure timely order fulfillment
- Adhere to OSHA safety protocols and maintain clean, organized workspace
- Participate in continuous improvement initiatives for packing processes
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required; prior warehouse/packing experience preferred
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds regularly and stand for extended periods
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in order fulfillment
- Basic computer literacy for inventory management systems
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
- Ability to work flexible shifts including weekends and holidays during peak seasons
