Responsibilities
- Accurately pick, pack, and ship high-value inventory using RF scanners
- Operate electric pallet jacks and forklifts in a fast-paced overnight shift
- Maintain precise inventory counts and cycle counts with WMS systems
- Ensure OSHA compliance and maintain clean, organized workstations
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to meet daily KPIs
- Conduct quality control checks on outgoing shipments
- Participate in continuous improvement initiatives
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year warehouse/forklift experience required
- Valid OSHA and forklift certification preferred
- Ability to lift 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for 8+ hours
- Basic computer literacy and RF scanner proficiency
- Reliable transportation and punctuality for overnight shifts
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
