Responsibilities
- Accurately process and package high-value inventory using RF scanners and digital systems
- Operate electric pallet jacks and forklifts in a fast-paced overnight environment
- Maintain OSHA-compliant safety protocols while handling fragile and oversized items
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to meet 99.9% accuracy targets
- Conduct cycle counts and inventory reconciliation using warehouse management software
- Optimize warehouse layout for maximum efficiency during peak operational hours
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year experience in warehouse or logistics operations
- Valid OSHA certification or willingness to obtain within 30 days
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds repeatedly and stand/walk for 8+ hours
- Proficiency with inventory management systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle WMS)
- Strong attention to detail with proven accuracy in high-volume settings
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision during overnight shifts
