Responsibilities
- Accurately process inbound/outbound shipments using RF scanners and WMS systems
- Optimize inventory management through cycle counting and stock rotation
- Maintain 99.9% order accuracy in fast-paced picking/packing operations
- Operate powered industrial equipment (forklifts, pallet jacks) with OSHA certification
- Implement safety protocols and maintain 5S compliance in all work areas
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve operational bottlenecks
- Train new associates on warehouse procedures and equipment operation
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years of warehouse experience with overnight shift exposure
- OSHA forklift certification or willingness to obtain immediately
- Proficiency in inventory management systems (SAP, Oracle, or similar)
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds and stand/walk 8+ hours per shift
- Strong problem-solving skills with attention to detail
- Valid driver's license and clean MVR (for equipment operation)
- Ability to work independently in low-supervision environments
