Responsibilities
- Safely operate warehouse equipment including forklifts and pallet jacks during overnight shifts
- Accurately manage inventory receiving, stocking, and order fulfillment processes
- Maintain precise documentation of warehouse activities using digital tracking systems
- Uphold strict safety standards and regulatory compliance in all operations
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize workflow efficiency
- Perform quality control checks on incoming and outgoing shipments
- Assist in cycle count activities and inventory reconciliation tasks
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year of warehouse or logistics experience required
- Valid forklift certification (or willingness to obtain through our program)
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds regularly and stand/walk for extended periods
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in documentation processes
- Availability to work overnight shifts (10 PM - 6 AM) with flexible scheduling
- Basic computer proficiency and familiarity with warehouse management systems
