Responsibilities
- Execute accurate inventory management, receiving, and shipping operations during overnight hours
- Operate warehouse equipment (forklifts, pallet jacks) with precision and safety compliance
- Maintain organized storage systems and optimize warehouse layout for efficiency
- Conduct quality control checks on incoming/outgoing products
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to meet daily operational targets
- Adhere strictly to OSHA guidelines and company safety protocols
- Utilize warehouse management systems for real-time inventory tracking
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year warehouse or logistics experience required
- Valid forklift certification (or willingness to obtain)
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand/walk for 8+ hours
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in inventory management
- Proven reliability for overnight shift commitment (10 PM - 6 AM)
- Basic computer literacy and familiarity with warehouse software
- Pass background check and pre-employment drug screening
- Must have own reliable transportation to industrial park location
