Responsibilities
- Safely operate forklifts and material handling equipment during overnight operations
- Perform cycle counts and inventory audits with 99.9% accuracy
- Coordinate inbound/outbound shipments using WMS systems
- Maintain OSHA compliance in all warehouse activities
- Lead cross-functional teams during peak processing hours
- Implement continuous improvement initiatives for efficiency
Qualifications
- 2+ years warehouse/forklift experience (certification preferred)
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds and stand for 8+ hours
- Strong attention to detail in inventory management
- WMS system proficiency (SAP, Oracle, or equivalent)
- Overnight shift availability (11 PM - 7 AM)
- OSHA 10 certification or willingness to obtain
