Responsibilities
- Efficiently manage inbound/outbound shipments using RF scanners and warehouse management systems
- Operate powered industrial equipment (forklifts, pallet jacks) with precision and safety
- Maintain accurate inventory counts and resolve discrepancies promptly
- Optimize warehouse organization to maximize space utilization and workflow efficiency
- Adhere to OSHA safety protocols and maintain clean, hazard-free work zones
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to meet daily operational targets
- Complete quality control checks on all processed materials
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year warehouse or logistics experience preferred
- Valid forklift certification (or willingness to obtain)
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds regularly and stand/walk for 8+ hours
- Strong attention to detail and time management skills
- Proficient with handheld scanning technology
- High school diploma or equivalent required
