Responsibilities
- Manage high-volume inventory receiving, sorting, and storage with precision
- Operate electric pallet jacks and forklifts safely and efficiently
- Pick, pack, and prepare orders for next-day delivery
- Maintain accurate digital inventory records using WMS systems
- Adhere to strict OSHA safety protocols and housekeeping standards
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to meet daily targets
- Perform cycle counts and inventory audits as scheduled
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year of warehouse experience with forklift certification
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly with proper technique
- Strong attention to detail and numerical accuracy
- Experience with warehouse management systems (WMS) preferred
- Reliable transportation and punctual attendance record
- Ability to work independently during overnight shifts
- Basic computer literacy and data entry skills
- Pass pre-employment background and drug screening
