Responsibilities
- Safely and efficiently receive, scan, and sort incoming inventory during overnight operations
- Operate powered industrial equipment (forklifts, pallet jacks) with precision and safety protocols
- Maintain accurate inventory records using warehouse management systems (WMS)
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to meet nightly productivity targets
- Conduct quality control checks on products and packaging integrity
- Adhere to OSHA and company safety standards in all daily activities
- Support outbound shipping processes and order fulfillment for early morning deliveries
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year of warehouse or logistics experience preferred
- Forklift certification (or willingness to obtain company-sponsored certification)
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds regularly and stand/walk for 8+ hours
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in inventory management
- Flexible availability to work overnight shifts consistently
- Basic computer literacy and familiarity with barcode scanners
