Responsibilities
- Execute efficient order picking/packing with 99% accuracy
- Operate electric pallet jacks and forklifts (certification provided)
- Conduct inventory audits using RF scanners
- Maintain OSHA-compliant warehouse organization
- Coordinate cross-functional team loading/unloading
- Process inbound/outbound shipments via WMS system
- Implement safety protocols for overnight operations
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year warehouse experience required
- Forklift certification or willingness to obtain
- Ability to lift 50+ lbs consistently
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving
- Basic computer literacy for WMS navigation
- Reliable transportation for overnight shifts (10 PM-6 AM)
- Pass background/driving record checks
- Preferred: Experience with RF scanners or voice picking
