Responsibilities
- Accurately receive, scan, and stage inbound shipments using RF scanners
- Pick, pack, and prepare orders for same-day shipping with zero-tolerance for errors
- Operate powered industrial equipment (pallet jacks, forklifts) after certification
- Conduct cycle counts and maintain accurate inventory records in WMS
- Adhere to OSHA safety standards and maintain 5S workplace organization
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize workflow efficiency
Qualifications
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds repeatedly and stand/walk for 8+ hours
- Reliable transportation and consistent punctuality for overnight shifts (10 PM - 6 AM)
- Basic math skills and attention to detail for inventory accuracy
- Willingness to obtain forklift certification (paid training provided)
- Previous warehouse experience preferred but not required
- Ability to work independently in a low-supervision environment
