Responsibilities
- Safely operate forklifts and material handling equipment during overnight shifts
- Accurately receive, scan, and inventory incoming shipments using RF scanners
- Efficiently pick and pack orders for next-day delivery with 99% accuracy
- Maintain organized warehouse zones and implement FIFO inventory rotation
- Collaborate with overnight team leads to optimize workflow efficiency
- Adhere to OSHA safety protocols and maintain clean workstations
- Complete daily shift reports and inventory reconciliation tasks
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent required
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs regularly and stand for 8+ hours
- Basic computer literacy and familiarity with RF scanning technology
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy
- Reliable transportation and punctual attendance record
- Ability to work independently in overnight environment (10 PM - 6 AM)
- Pass pre-employment background check and drug screening
- Previous warehouse or logistics experience preferred but not required
