Responsibilities
- Accurately pick, pack, and ship high-volume orders using RF scanners
- Operate powered industrial equipment (forklifts, pallet jacks) with precision
- Perform inventory audits and maintain organized stock rotation systems
- Adhere to OSHA safety protocols and quality control standards
- Collaborate with overnight team to achieve daily productivity targets
- Document warehouse activities using digital tracking systems
- Support cross-functional logistics operations as needed
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year warehouse or logistics experience
- Valid forklift certification (or willingness to obtain)
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds repeatedly and stand for 8+ hours
- Proficient with RF scanners and inventory software
- Strong attention to detail and time management skills
- Flexible availability for overnight shifts (Sun-Fri)
- Pass pre-employment background/drug screen
- Basic math and computer literacy
