Responsibilities
- Operate heavy machinery, including forklifts and pallet jacks, to load, unload, and move products safely and efficiently.
- Conduct thorough inventory counts and manage stock levels to ensure accuracy and prevent shortages.
- Package and label merchandise according to strict shipping guidelines to ensure safe transit.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment in compliance with OSHA regulations.
- Verify shipping documents and perform quality control checks on incoming and outgoing shipments.
- Assist in training new warehouse staff on proper safety procedures and equipment operation.
- Collaborate with the logistics team to resolve any discrepancies or delays in the supply chain.
Qualifications
- Must be at least 18 years of age.
- Ability to lift, push, and pull items weighing up to 50+ pounds repeatedly throughout the shift.
- Previous experience in warehousing, logistics, or a similar industrial setting is preferred.
- Valid forklift certification (or willingness to obtain one through our training program).
- High school diploma or GED equivalent required.
- Must be available to work overnight shifts (10:00 PM - 6:00 AM).
- Strong attention to detail and the ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
