Responsibilities
- Lead overnight shift teams of 15+ warehouse associates with precision
- Optimize inventory accuracy through cycle counts and audits
- Operate warehouse management systems (WMS) for real-time tracking
- Enforce OSHA safety protocols across all operations
- Coordinate cross-functional teams for seamless loading/unloading
- Implement process improvements to boost 20%+ productivity
- Train new hires on equipment operation and safety procedures
Qualifications
- 3+ years warehouse leadership experience in 24/7 operations
- OSHA 30-hour certification or equivalent safety training
- Advanced proficiency with WMS (SAP, Oracle, or similar)
- Valid forklift certification and heavy equipment experience
- Proven ability to manage high-volume shipping/receiving
- Bilingual (English/Spanish) communication skills required
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds and work in climate-controlled warehouse
