Responsibilities
- Lead and supervise overnight warehouse staff (15-20 associates)
- Optimize inventory control and order fulfillment processes
- Ensure OSHA compliance and workplace safety protocols
- Coordinate with day shift teams for seamless operations
- Train and develop warehouse team members
- Monitor KPIs including productivity and accuracy metrics
- Resolve operational issues during night shift hours
- Conduct regular equipment inspections and maintenance requests
Qualifications
- 3+ years warehouse/supervisory experience
- Forklift certification (or ability to obtain within 30 days)
- Strong knowledge of inventory management systems
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs regularly
- Excellent problem-solving and leadership skills
- Flexibility to work overnight shifts (11 PM - 7 AM)
- Basic computer proficiency with MS Office
- Valid Arizona driver's license
