Responsibilities
- Efficiently sort, scan, and pack customer orders with precision using RF scanners
- Operate powered industrial equipment (pallet jacks, forklifts) safely and compliantly
- Maintain inventory accuracy through cycle counts and system updates
- Optimize workflow efficiency in fast-paced fulfillment operations
- Adhere to strict safety protocols and OSHA standards
- Collaborate in cross-functional teams to meet daily performance targets
- Support facility cleanliness and equipment maintenance initiatives
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Minimum 1 year warehouse or logistics experience preferred
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs regularly and stand for 8+ hours
- Valid forklift certification or willingness to obtain upon hire
- Strong attention to detail and time-management skills
- Ability to work flexible shifts including nights/weekends
- Basic computer literacy and familiarity with handheld devices
