Responsibilities
- Operate warehouse equipment (picker, scanner, forklift) with precision and safety
- Process high-volume orders for fast-fulfillment delivery
- Maintain inventory accuracy through systematic scanning and documentation
- Adhere to Amazon's 14 leadership principles in daily operations
- Participate in continuous improvement initiatives for operational excellence
- Support cross-functional teams during peak seasons
- Maintain clean and organized workstations per 5S standards
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED)
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs regularly and stand for 8+ hours
- Basic computer literacy and smartphone proficiency
- Valid state ID and reliable transportation
- Pass background check and drug screening
- Willingness to work flexible shifts (including nights/weekends)
- Previous warehouse experience preferred but not required
