Responsibilities
- Efficiently sort, pack, and ship high-value inventory using RF scanners
- Operate powered industrial equipment (pallet jacks, forklifts) with certification training
- Maintain accurate inventory counts and warehouse organization standards
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to meet daily production targets
- Adhere to strict safety protocols in a temperature-controlled environment
- Participate in continuous improvement initiatives for operational efficiency
Qualifications
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds and stand for extended periods
- Basic math skills for inventory management
- Valid government-issued photo ID (no background check)
- Reliable transportation to Industrial Park location
- Willingness to obtain forklift certification (provided)
