Responsibilities
- Sort, scan, and pack customer orders with 99.9% accuracy using advanced warehouse technology
- Operate powered industrial equipment (forklifts, pallet jacks) with precision and safety protocols
- Optimize inventory flow through systematic stock rotation and cycle counting
- Maintain 5S workplace standards to ensure operational efficiency and safety compliance
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to achieve daily productivity KPIs
- Implement Lean Six Sigma methodologies for continuous process improvement
- Train new associates on warehouse systems and best practices
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years of warehouse or logistics experience with proven performance metrics
- OSHA-certified forklift operation or willingness to obtain certification within 30 days
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds regularly and stand/walk 8+ hours per shift
- Advanced proficiency in WMS systems (e.g., Manhattan, Oracle)
- Strong analytical skills for inventory reconciliation and problem-solving
- Valid California driver's license and clean driving record
- Spanish bilingual proficiency preferred for team leadership roles
- Ability to work flexible shifts including nights, weekends, and holidays
