Responsibilities
- Safely load/untract shipments using forklifts, pallet jacks, and manual handling
- Inspect goods for damage and maintain accurate inventory records
- Optimize stacking/organization to maximize warehouse space
- Operate warehouse equipment following OSHA safety protocols
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams for seamless operations
- Participate in continuous process improvement initiatives
- Maintain clean, organized work areas and equipment
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years warehouse/material handling experience
- Valid forklift certification (or willingness to obtain)
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds repeatedly with proper technique
- Strong attention to detail and safety compliance
- Basic computer literacy for inventory systems
- Reliable transportation and punctual attendance record
- Ability to work in fast-paced, temperature-controlled environment
- Preferred: Experience with WMS systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle)
