Responsibilities
- Efficiently load/unload trucks using forklifts, pallet jacks, and manual techniques while adhering to safety protocols
- Inspect and organize inventory in climate-controlled warehouse facilities
- Operate warehouse equipment (RF scanners, conveyors) to maintain optimal workflow
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to meet daily shipping/receiving targets
- Maintain accurate inventory records through digital tracking systems
- Participate in monthly safety training and equipment certification programs
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year warehouse or logistics experience preferred
- Valid forklift certification (or willingness to obtain within 30 days)
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly with proper technique
- Basic computer literacy for inventory management systems
