Responsibilities
- Load and unload trucks efficiently while adhering to safety regulations.
- Verify and document incoming and outgoing inventory accurately.
- Operate powered industrial equipment, including forklifts and pallet jacks.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe warehouse environment at all times.
- Follow all Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and safety protocols.
- Assist in packing and preparing orders for timely shipment.
- Collaborate with team leads to meet daily productivity targets.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent required.
- Ability to lift, carry, and push up to 50 lbs repeatedly.
- Must be 18 years of age or older.
- Strong attention to detail and basic math skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, temperature-controlled environment.
- Forklift certification is highly preferred but on-the-job training is available.
