Responsibilities
- Efficiently load and unload shipments using forklifts, pallet jacks, and manual techniques
- Inspect and verify incoming/outgoing inventory for accuracy and damage
- Maintain organized warehouse storage systems and optimal workflow
- Adhere to strict safety protocols and OSHA compliance standards
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to meet daily operational targets
- Operate warehouse equipment with precision and maintain daily logs
- Support inventory management systems and cycle count processes
- Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives for operational efficiency
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year of warehouse or logistics experience preferred
- Valid forklift certification (or willingness to obtain)
- Ability to lift up to 75 lbs regularly and stand for extended periods
- Strong attention to detail and inventory accuracy skills
- Ability to work in fast-paced, temperature-controlled environments
- Basic computer literacy for inventory systems
- Excellent teamwork and communication abilities
- Reliable transportation and flexible availability (including weekends)
