Responsibilities
- Safely and efficiently load/unload freight using electric pallet jacks and forklifts
- Verify inventory accuracy and maintain detailed shipment documentation
- Operate warehouse equipment following OSHA safety standards
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to meet daily shipping targets
- Maintain clean and organized workspaces throughout the facility
- Participate in cycle counts and inventory reconciliation processes
- Adhere to company policies and regulatory compliance requirements
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year warehouse or logistics experience required
- Valid forklift certification (or willingness to obtain)
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds regularly
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Basic computer literacy for inventory systems
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with shift flexibility
- Pass pre-employment background check and drug screening
- High school diploma or equivalent required
