Responsibilities
- Safely load/unload freight using forklifts, pallet jacks, and manual techniques
- Optimize inventory stacking for maximum space efficiency
- Conduct pre/post-shift equipment safety inspections
- Coordinate with shipping/receiving teams for seamless operations
- Maintain accurate inventory records via digital systems
- Adhere to OSHA and company safety protocols
- Train on new automation technologies quarterly
- Participate in continuous improvement initiatives
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years warehouse/logistics experience
- Forklift certification (or willingness to obtain)
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds regularly
- Basic computer literacy for inventory systems
- Strong attention to detail and spatial awareness
- Valid driver's license
- Pre-employment drug screen/background check required
- Flexible availability including weekends
