Responsibilities
- Safely and efficiently load/unload shipments using forklifts, pallet jacks, and manual handling
- Inspect and verify inventory accuracy against shipping/receiving documents
- Maintain organized warehouse storage systems and cleanliness standards
- Operate warehouse equipment with precision and adherence to safety protocols
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to meet daily productivity targets
- Report equipment malfunctions and warehouse maintenance needs
- Support inventory audits and cycle count procedures
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years warehouse loading experience with forklift certification
- Ability to lift up to 75 pounds repeatedly and stand for extended periods
- Strong attention to detail and inventory management skills
- OSHA 10-hour certification preferred
- Valid California driver's license
- Ability to work flexible shifts including weekends
- Experience with WMS systems (e.g., Oracle, SAP) a plus
- Pass background check and drug screening
