Responsibilities
- Pick and pack high-value inventory with 99.9% accuracy using RF scanners
- Operate electric pallet jacks and conveyor systems in OSHA-compliant environments
- Optimize warehouse efficiency through zone-based sorting and slotting protocols
- Conduct cycle counts and inventory reconciliation audits
- Maintain safety protocols and 5S workplace organization standards
- Train new associates on proprietary warehouse management systems
- Collaborate with supervisors to implement process improvement initiatives
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years warehouse or distribution center experience
- OSHA certification or willingness to obtain within 30 days
- Proficiency in RF scanning technology and warehouse management software
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds repeatedly and stand for 8+ hours
- High school diploma or equivalent; technical certifications preferred
- Strong attention to detail with proven inventory accuracy record
- Forklift certification (Class I/II/III) or ability to obtain
- Pass background check and pre-employment physical
